Rekindled Love (Clean Version) - Chapter Ninety Two

The day that James awoke to find that most of his memories were coming back to him, some still vague and uncertain, he was happy to have his family back. He wasted no time spending time with Amelia to make up for the lost time. Annabell and Nolan took Jamie with them to let James and Amelia spend some alone time together.

James ran a few roses down Amelia's chest while looking deep into her eyes. "I can't believe my eyes when I look at you. I wish I would have snapped out of it or been brave enough to come out of hiding. I would have been here for you and the kids. I'm going to make up for all those years that we have missed," James told Amelia.

James pulled Amelia up to him to embrace her lips. Kissing for a long time. Neither could get enough of each other.

Annabell and Nolan brought Jamie home later that day. With James and Amelia's newfound freedom of sun, they sat outside with Jamie as he played with toys.

James scooped up little Jamie and took him over to the horse, handing Jamie to Amelia. He mounted the horse and then reached down to get Jamie. Placing him in front to hold onto him, they started riding off., "See you in a bit," James called to Amelia. Jamie was enjoying it. He was pointing to everything in amazement as they rode through the woods.

When James arrived back, he meets up with Amelia at the cottage. Nolan and Annabell were talking to her outside. James handed Jamie to Annabell so he could talk to Amelia.

"Ok, here is my plan. We are going to ride and head to the castle, I want my whole family reunited, and the wrong made right," James told Amelia.

Amelia's mouth almost hit the ground. She got a grim look on her face that turned to fear. "She's a monster, she will never let us near Arthur, she will split us up, your mother's evil like that," she told James.

Trust me, I'm not going to let that happen. She will never tear us apart again. She thinks I'm dead, and if she sees that I'm alive, she will not stand up to me. She tried in the past, but I still got my way. I got you and my wonderful kids. I will die a thousand deaths before I let anything bad happen to you or my kids," he explained to Amelia. Even though Amelia could tell that James would die for her and the kids, she was still scared of Kristen. Kristen had been so cruel to her from the time she could walk till now. She wasn't sure what all she was capable of. She only hoped that James was right and could do as he wanted.

James packed a few things for the journey to the castle. He mounted the horse, placing Jamie in front of him. Then pulling Amelia up behind him. Annabell and Nolan joined them on another horse. When they began to head off, Amelia couldn't shake the fear building up inside her. The longer they rode, the sicker she was becoming.

Memories Of The Past (Clean Version) - Chapter Ninety One

 Clean Version

"Can you believe it, we actually did it, we found my father and reunited him with my mom. It all seems like a dream," Annabell told Nolan as she laid against his chest outside her house. "Now, all we need to make this happy reunion better is to get your brother and your father's memory back," he told Annabell.

Nolan stared into Annabell's golden eyes." I'm in love with you," he whispered while having his dark green eyes locked on hers.

Setting up, Annabell kissed Nolan on the lips with a gentle kiss."I love you too, she replied.

James decided he would start with getting to know his son, Jamie. Jamie took to James like he knew he was his father. He giggled and laughed at everything James did. James was a bit sad that he had missed out on Jamie's birth and his first years. He was almost ready to become a young child and all his tender years were a loss to him. It kinda saddened him, but he was glad to know that he was not alone in the world and had a family that loved him.

That night, James slept in a spare room. After many hours of tossing and turning, Amelia had to see him again to make sure he wasn't just a wonderful dream. She slid out of her bed and walked quietly to his room in hopes not to wake anyone. There he was, alive and breathing in bed. She took in each feature of his face as he slept quietly.

Without warning, James sat up, looking at her with a bit of shock. "She bent down, looking up at him. I'm so sorry for startling you. I guess I'm just still in shock that you are really here," she whispered to him.

I know you don't remember me, but my memories are so vivid, it's killing me. I just want you like we were before," she told him as she reached out to touch him.

"You mean to world to me, to have you here standing before me, brings my heart back to life," she told him as she stroked his face. James didn't pull her hand away. Instead, he leaned into her touch and brought his hand up to her hand.

James pulled Amelia closer to him to look into her golden eyes that were locked on his.

James took her face into his hands and pulled her to his lips. He kissed her gently in hopes that their past memories would find him.

James scooped her up, taking her to her room down that hall.

It was just them, in their own world. Pulling her into his arms, they both fell asleep.

As James drifted off to sleep, he imagined he was at a fancy ball. The room was filled with many people that he had no idea who they were. He seemed to be the center of attention while dancing with a beautiful woman. Wearing a mask, she danced so gracefully across the floor with him. With a strange feeling, he could feel that he knew her and must have been deeply in love with her.

Standing in a beautiful garden in front of a fountain with magnificent statues, he stood there looking at a much younger Amelia. Then it hit him. That was the day he asked her to marry him. Wanting to marry her for the longest time, he could finally ask her without fear of his mother interfering.

On a beautiful night, a small wedding was held under the moonlight, with a few guests to attend. Watching as Amelia's father walked her down the aisle in her beautiful white dress, with a small veil and flower that pinned her hair back.

On their wedding night, they were able to be together for the first time. Remembering how beautiful she looked under the stars on the beach.

Then a flash to another memory of when he was watching her sleep, with his hand resting on her growing belly.

With a complicated birth, she delivered twins, Arthur and Annabell. Two beautiful babies, one like Amelia and one like him.

Spending many hours in their nursery as they learned, it was all that James had hoped to have. The love of his life and two beautiful children.

As they got older, Annabell looked just like Amelia. Arthur looked just like him when he was a child. But with the blue eyes that he had now that he had become human after the potion, his mother made him take to cure him of the curse, as she would call it.

After the potion, he was now reunited with his love, feeling complete. They couldn't be more in love with each other. It was a perfect fairytale.

He then remembered he was sad to be human and wanting more than anything to be with Amelia like he once was. He asked her to change him back. Everything was perfect. He was like he was back to the way he wanted. His head burning with fire, that would be his last memory of his life. He remembered he had just spent the most beautiful night with Amelia, waking in the horror of his life slipping away. He remembered as he stumbled to get out of bed, he fell to the floor with his hands to his head. Amelia's voice was a blur, and then all of it went dark. That was the last of his memory of life. He wasn't certain what had really happened, but it seemed like a miracle that he was still alive, only falling asleep.

Stirring out of his sleep, he jumped out of bed. Startling Amelia, she met him at the end of the bed. "What is it?" she asked. He looked at Amelia, "I remember! I remember you, my love," he told her.

Long Time Coming - Chapter Forty Two ( Clean Version)

Dimitri's Grandmother heads back to the palace, leaving us alone in this amazing house. She promised us that we didn't have to worry about any of the Nightwalkers bothering us ever again. I could make this my home, it feels like home to me. I have not felt like this since living at home with my sister, mom, and dad. I miss my family, dearly. My sister has become a Nightwalker suspended in time, forever a teenager with her boyfriend. I often wonder if my mother and father would have been happy for me and Dimitri that are no longer here. Their faces still haunt my dreams at night. I don't think I'll ever get the screams to stop.
It will take some time for me to get adjusted to not running or hiding anymore. I know I have only been on the run for almost two years, but it feels like I have been running all my life. Now I'm here with Dimitri, and my dreams are coming true with him. If only he wasn't a Nightwalker, it would be perfect.
As I look around I can tell that Dimitri has taken a lot of time to set up this house. It looks like it's been in his family for generations with all the stunning details. While in the living room after saying our last goodbyes to Dimitri's Grandmother. Once she leaves,  Dimitri comes up behind me and wraps his arms around me."I love you, my sweet Emily," he whispers into my ear.
Turning around in his arms, I stare into those beautiful brown eyes that are lined in red. I have finally gotten past the eerie red that used to scare me so much. I no longer see him as a monster, but as the man, I fell in love with so long ago.
Without warning, he spins me around him. My breath catches for a second. I let out a giggle as I turn again to see him smiling at me.
I gasp as he dips me down and plants a kiss on my lips. He pulls me closer to him, and I wish I could feel his warmth again. I push the thought away because I'm happy to have him back in my life. Thinking back on how it tore me apart when I thought I had lost him. I can wait for the day for us to be together like we were.
I lean over and plant another kiss on his lips. "Me too, my love," he whispers. "I'm a little hungry. Let's go check out this awesome kitchen of yours," I giggle.
With my stomach growling, I head to the kitchen to fix something to eat. I start going through the cabinets to see what he has stocked. I find that it's full and ready for me to cook anything my heart desires.
I start pulling out ingredients and begin to mix things. Dimitri watches me with amusement as I continue adding things and making myself familiar with the kitchen. I could be a professional cook with this kitchen. As I continue to cook, I realize that Dimitri can't enjoy the meals I cook. I glance over at him from time to time to see him watching me cook with amusement. "What!" I ask with a smirk. "I love to watch you cook," he says. I turn back to the task when I realize something.
I glance over at Dimitri and notice a weird expression on his face. "When was the last time you fed?" I ask, turning around to meet his gaze. "Not too long ago. I'm good. Don't worry about it," he says with a cool tone. "Ok, It just seems like it's been a while since you fed. I can't remember the last time you ate. I was just wondering. I worry about you, "I say as I continue cooking.
I get everything set and place my plate on the table. I sit down and sigh as Dimitri joins me at the table. "I feel weird eating in front of you. I feel so bad that you can't eat too. It just doesn't seem right to sit here and eat in front of you," I whisper as I look down at my plate.
"Emily! Please eat. I have been this way for a while now, and I'm used to it. I want to see you happy, and I can make good conversation while you eat. Plus, I need you strong and healthy," he says as he smirks at me. It makes me wonder as I start to dig into my food.
I can't help it, my mind wanders too much. "Exactly what does that mean when you say healthy and strong?" I ask with a confused look on my face. "I'll let you figure that one out," he says as he laughs. "So what are you going to do about yourself? What will you do to keep yourself from starving to death?" I ask as I take another bite of my food.
"I can do a few things. I can go visit my Grandmother at her palace where she has people donate their blood, or I can go hunt, "he says. I gasp, "hunt, like humans. Do you kill them," I shout out? "No, Emily, I don't kill anyone. I don't hunt humans either, he says as he giggles. "No, I hunt animals, and I don't kill them either. I choose several, and they all live after I'm done. I got to admit it takes several to fill my appetite, but I make do," he says as he sits back in his chair.
I finish eating and go to put my dishes away when Dimitri jumps up and pulls me into his arms. His lips are kissing mine with a passion that reminds me of how we were before this all went wrong. His touch sends waves of emotions that rush me. I find myself weak at the knees, and he's practically holding me up at this point. He's not kissed me like this since he turned, and I'm gasping.
He pulls away, and I'm out of breath. "You don't play fair," I whisper. "I know, my love. I think you have waited long enough," he says.
He walks past me, and all I can do is stare. "Meet me in the bedroom," he says in a smooth tone. Finally, I get to be with him, and yet I'm all of a sudden nervous. I follow him up the stairs and stop at the door. He's waiting for me, and I have done everything to try to get him to be with me. Now its finally time and I'm feeling unlike myself.
Later that day, we head to the living room. I settle in against Dimitri as he turns on the TV. Dimitri runs his fingers up and down my arm. I turn so I can see him. "I know I'm terrible. I just can't get enough of you," he says with a smile.
"I love you," I whisper to him. He smiles back as he mouths. I love you more, followed by a kiss. We sit there for a while, watching TV wrapped around each other. I daydream of what lies in store for us now that our life has just begun.
